What this is

The MEOK Keystone is a compliance verifier that scores any AI output against five sovereign verifiers: json_valid · schema_keys · citations_wellformed · attestation_verifies · no_refusal. Each verifier returns 0.0–1.0. The L6 keystone gate is 0.6. Above the gate = passed.

Two live endpoints:

POST /v1/assess — score a single output against verifiers
POST /v1/best-of-n-generate — generate N candidates via king_ask, pick the verifier-best
